ថ្ងៃទី ២ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ សមាគមក្លឹបទេសចរណ៍ខេត្តសៀមរាប (STC) និងមូលនិធិអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជំនាញ (SDF) បានរៀបចំពិធីបិទវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ច ហូកា និងអមដោយការប្រគល់វិញ្ញាបនបត្រដល់សិក្ខាកាមដែលបានបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ច ដោយជោគជ័យ ក្នុងដំណាក់កាលទី ៣ សរុបចំនួន ២០០ រូប នៅសណ្ឋាគារ ម៉េម័រផាឡេស រីសត និងស្ប៉ា ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម ប៉ាក់ សុខុម រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងឯកឧត្តម ង៉ូវ សេងកាក់ អភិបាលរងនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប តំណាងឱ្យ ឯកឧត្តម ប្រាក់ សោភ័ណ អភិបាលនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប និងមានការចូលរួមពីភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធសរុបប្រមាណ ៣០០ រូប។
