Following an intensive seven-day curriculum of theoretical study and practical application, the participants demonstrated advanced pedagogical proficiency in delivering practical training utilizing the ASEAN Toolboxes. This practical assessment underscored their professional competencies as National Trainers, specifically in the strategic alignment of instructional methodologies with established Training Plans and Programs. Furthermore, the integration of these specialized resources effectively adheres to the principles of Competency-Based Training (CBT), ensuring a standardized and high-quality approach to vocational education within the regional tourism sector.
